Whom will I be working with?
I'm Alexandra Whitehead. I've been in the psychology, therapy, executive coaching, and career coaching space for 14+ years. I've worked in many countries, and this has given me a holistic understanding of what is going to work for you and get you to where you want to be. I'm located in Boulder, Colorado, and serve clients throughout the world, particularly in the USA, UK, and Australia.
The reason that I focus on helping people who have anxiety, is because I love to see the progress you make - and witness how empowered you become. I have an affinity for helping people with anxiety, overcome it and live meaningful, fulfilling lives, that are filled with ease, alignment, and purpose.
Here's why I'm the right human to help you: Not only do I have the educational background to give you a holistic and highly tailored experience, I also have the life experience to back it up. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post-Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Actively engaging in the anxiety coaching process is an experiential journey. You're able to change your life, your attitudes, your beliefs about yourself and others. You're able to find freedom and joy - while not being reliant on others to provide this for you. I can't wait to help you. All you have to do is take the recommended actions. The only thing you can do wrong is to not do anything at all :-)
All services are provided online, via Zoom video. And after the application process, the online booking process is automated - no phone calls are required. You can clearly see my availability and choose a time that suits you best. No more calling up and shuffling times back and forward with reception.
And if you need to contact me, you can email me directly by using the contact form. It's rare for me to be able to answer phone calls due to my schedule. However, both I and my team regularly check emails and you can expect a reply within 24 hours Tuesdays to Thursdays.
Who is this for?

You might feel a bit scared about making this move to seek unique, professional guidance and so you should. Your life is about to change for the better and the possibilities that are available to you can be exciting - which can look like anxiety! I got your back though.
Who is this not for?
Nothing changes unless you do. So, if you're committed to being in the blame game and you're not ready to own your own stuff, I'm not your anxiety coach. I help my clients make progress, and for this to occur you'll need to be 100% responsible. If you're unsure, you can email me, explain a little bit about what you're experiencing and I'll tell your straight up if I can or cannot help you.
Despite how awesome it would be, I don't have a magic wand to make your problems disappear immediately. Most people see me for a minimum of five sessions and do a considerable amount of internal work to reach their goals.
Now it's time for you to decide if you're ready to change your life, or if you're not. One thing is for sure - you don't want to be sitting on the fence watching life pass you by.
